Car Show Terms & Conditions

Vehicle Eligibility: We welcome only exotic vehicles such as Aston Martin, Ferrari, Lamborghini and Porsche, as well as ultra-luxury vehicles like Rolls-Royces and Bentleys, to be showcased at our event. We reserve the right to decline any vehicle that does not meet our eligibility criteria.

Behavior: We expect all attendees to behave in a respectful and responsible manner, both towards other attendees and their vehicles. Any behavior that is deemed disruptive or unsafe will result in the offending attendee being asked to leave the event.

Liability: All vehicles are displayed at the owner’s risk, and attendees are responsible for any damage or loss incurred during the event. Holman Motorcars and its employees shall not be held liable for any damage or loss.

Photography and Videography: By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes by Holman Motorcars or its partners.

Parking: All vehicles must be parked in designated areas only. Attendees are not permitted to park in unauthorized areas, including fire lanes, driveways, or reserved parking spots.

Cleanliness: Attendees are expected to keep their vehicles clean and presentable during the event. Any vehicles deemed excessively dirty or in poor condition may be asked to leave the event.

Admission: Attendance at our Cars & Coffee event is free, and all attendees are welcome. However, we reserve the right to limit admission if the event reaches capacity.

Right to Refuse: Holman Motorcars reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual or vehicle at our discretion.

No Revving or Burnouts: For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, revving engines, burnouts, or any other reckless driving behavior is strictly prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave immediately.

By attending our Cars & Coffee event, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Holman Motorcars reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
